Wow. Cigar Smoking Man, Visible Teeth & Puffs of Smoke 1/6 Daguerreotype

Original sixth-plate daguerreotype, confident looking man wearing a cocked hat, and chomping down on a cigar, his teeth clearly visible.. To the right are what appear to be visible puffs of cigar smoke. Dag is in a full case.

There are a few minor condition issues: A few small mat abrasions, some pin sized specks of corrosion and/or spots. On his bottom cuff there is a tiny swipe.. I don't think I would have noticed it if I wasn't examining this so closely for this listing. Overall, a few minor condition issues that do not detract from this great image. Case is 3.75" x 3.25" when closed, and is complete/intact.
