VTG 162 PHOTOS BLACK AFRICAN AMERICAN ALBUM 1920s-1950s NAMES Military BAPTIST

Welcome to Tiny Town Resale! Rare Estate Find of TWO vintage Black African American Family PHOTO ALBUMS Filled with 162 AMAZING photos of a wide variety of poses, captured moments, plenty of names hand written, dates, plus there are Baptist Church and obituary papers from the 1930's, etc. Along with a Real Photo Postcard, and there are cut out captions under many of the photos. There are also a few (approximately 5-7) photographs that feature white people mixed within these two albums. One of the family names is: T. SANDEFUR which there a few different people with that same last name, of whom the one man was apparently the President of the Baptist State S. There are also various other family names, which may be related to this family who owned these albums.

There are photos of cars, dogs, children, women, men, military, Baptist Reverends, household furniture, and many wonderful moments in their lives that were captured with a picture!! According to the dates on some of the photos, the years of the photos range from the: 1920's, 1930's, 1940's, 1950's and they may be a couple that could be from the 1960's and 1970's. The 162 photos are old!! Some vintage and some antique! Expected, such as possible creases, tears, discoloration, etc.

For the most part, they are in fair to good vintage original condition. The album books are in fair vintage condition. They have some page tears, loose pages, some pictures were removed. Or fell out as some point in time, as there is glue residue from where they used to be. This is still an amazing and rare collection of photos!

These photo albums are just a couple of the rare and old finds that I rescued during another huge estate clean out I did. I will be listing MANY more finds from this estate!! There are incredible items that would be considered historical, and relevant to black history, the baptist church history, and family bloodlines.
