Vintage Vietnam Black Americana Folk Art Oil on Canvas Painting Signed

Painting measures 34 1/2x24 inches and is signed J. Rare depiction on an African American Soldier removing the dog tags from his fallen brother while the bombs fall. The original painting dates from the late 1960's and is in good condition. It needs a light cleaning and probably a reframing.
