Vintage Thomas J Lipton Coffee Tea Cocoa Black Americana Tin 3 Lbs Has Damage

There are rust holes in the tin. There is sticky residue on the bottom, inside and outside. There is some frantic on the inside top of the tin. Please see the photos for the exact condition and dimensions.
