Original vintage black-and-white photograph showing circus clown Harry Dann holding a duck. Dann was a well-known American circus clown associated with Ringling Bros. And Barnum & Bailey and was known as America's Picture Clown. He was especially recognizable for his whiteface makeup and photogenic clown wardrobe, and he also trained ducks for use in his clown acts. This image shows Dann in full clown costume holding a duck, with "Harry Dann" written in pencil on the reverse.
