Unique Antique Little Boy Swinging Black Americana Hanging Ceiling Lamp

I know nothing about it other than I think it is VERY cool. I dont think it is a repaint being I can see clean metal under the black paint on a couple small chips. The frame he is holding onto looks like brass under the paint chips. The wiring looks newer so I tested it and both sockets work AOK.

The old bulbs are not included, they do not work anyway. UPS/Overseas etc and rates for diffrent areas very greatly.
