This is a hard piece to let go. It is a little dusty as you will see in photos. The staff with bird comes off. Original sale price 5000.00. THIS IS A GORGEOUS PIECE. PREVIOUSLY OWNED AND WELL KEPT. EXCELLENT CONDITION ONLY ISSUE IS THE BOTTOM OF STAFF, Common issue with this piece, both the cold cast version and this bronze version.

The staff top with the bird is heavy and if you are not careful it will fall causing the staff to break off at the bottom. Now that it is shorter it does stay up better.

I know you can find the cold cast staffs on line but I have not found a bronze replacement. If you did not know it was suppose to be longer you can not tell.
