The front cover is somewhat soiled and smudged.
The front cover also is inscribed and has a red mark near music. The back cover has smudging. The edges and corner of the cover are in very good condition with very little wear. The bottom right corners of the pages are lifting upwards.The spine of this Black Americana book is worn and the binding of the book has separation and is weak. The inside pages have smudging but otherwise the pages are in excellent condition. The art work is rich and vibrant; some pages have bright illustration and other pages have a rainbow like coloring. The only previous sale information I could find was at Kovel's online price search. This 1910 Dean & Son publication of David Bretts Ten Little Niggers is a scarce edition for any Black Americana book collection.
