Scarce 1920's Unique Art Hott & Tott Piano (similar to Ham & Sam) Tin Windup Toy

I will be listing a large quantity of toys over the next few weeks, some from my personal collection. Please watch my other listings for more early toys. This is a really nice tin windup piano player with dancing banjo player that was made by Unique Art in the 1920's.

This is the 7.5 tall HOTT' AN TOTT' tin windup toy that is very similar to the Strauss Ham and Sam. It features a seated piano player that sways from side to side as the dancer jigs up and down. The dancer should have a tin banjo between his hands that is missing (available from tin toy restorers), and his left arm has solder on the wrist and the arms have a wire through them to hold them on. CONDITION: This is in working condition with some light overall scratching as shown. It is missing the tin banjo for the side dancer, and the dancers arms have some repair as noted above.
