Signed, and titled in pencil on print verso by Paul Greenberg. Paul Greenberg became interested in taking pictures when he was a young boy in Manhattan, New York.
At age 12, his parents allowed him to convert a closet into a darkroom. That was the start of a life time of creating film photography and making silver prints.
He worked in black and white, and since 1990 he photographed exclusively in the panorama format. He was a self-taught photographer. He considered himself a street photographer, and learned by attending workshops, master classes, and reading whatever he could on photography. He earned his Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Missouri in 1961. Following graduation, he moved to Dallas, Texas to pursue his training in Internal Medicine, following which he spent two years in the Army Medical Corps.Despite having very busy medical practice, Paul Greenberg stayed dedicated to his passion of photography. He exhibited his work in 38 one-person exhibitions, and over 100 group and jury shows in the United States and all over the world. Sadly, Paul Greenberg passed away in May of 2022.
