The legs and the feet are greatly exaggerated in length. From the little information available, these were produced in the late 1920'-early 1930's. We have seen 4 examples available over the last 25 years and there are slight variations in the carving of each, but they are all 36" in height (give or take perhaps 1/4") and each has the Reuge wind-up musical mechanism that plays Camptown Races as the head moves from side-to-side (two others we are aware of had non-functioning musical works). We apologize for the lack of lighting on the lead picture and we will try to get a better shot soon, lol!
