RARE Antique Early 1900s Topsy Turvy Cloth Doll Hand Sewn/Painted Black/White

This listing is for an early-1900s antique topsy turvy doll. The doll is white on one end and black on the other. The doll is all cloth, hand-sewn, and hand-painted (face).

The doll is decades old, and shows a bit of age. There are no tears or "worn" spots on the doll, but cloth does show some discoloration on the white aprons and white face - it has "browned" a bit, as white cloth tends to do with age. I can provide additional pictures on request. I welcome any input/details on the doll.
