Rare 1930s Folk Art Primitive Doll / Handmade Black Americana Doll Free Ship

Really rare and wonderful handmade black folk art doll from the 1930s. Many charming details, like a head scarf, hoop ring earrings and an apron with pockets.

Petticoat and pantaloons complete the doll, along with pearl button eyes. Doll measures 14 inches in height. From the estate doll collection of Miss C of Reno, Nevada. Miss C started collecting dolls when she was a young woman in the 1920s and kept collecting her entire life.

She passed a few years ago and left behind an astonishing collection of dolls--some that are now in museums. I was bequeathed 30 of her treasures and have promised to find them new homes where they will be loved again.
