Quarter plate Daguerreotype Elderly Quaker with arthritis in her hands and wearing glasses. She looks to be very old certainly born in the 1700s probably before the revolutionary war.
She wears typical clothing of a Quaker or a shaker of the time. Condition is as seen the scan accurately produces all the little mold mites and tarnish little specs and flecks here and there. Has been professionally resealed and it comes in a full worn case split at the spine. I think this is a fantastic image and would make a great addition to anyone's collection.
