PRE-WAR BLACK AMERICANA POOR PETE & BULL DOG CELLULOID WINDUP TOY JAPAN. The toy is rather large standing 5 ¾ tall with realistic detailing in every aspect. The boy has wonderful curls in his hair (push to back of head) and amazing face with tears rolling down his checks while holding dearly to his watermelon. The bot is dressed in his original outfit very clean and has celluloid legs (right leg reattached at top well done) and the dog is equally as wonderful with a realistic body covers in fur!

This celluloid toy was tested and WORKS when activated the boy runs and jiggles from leg to leg in an apparent reaction to the dog biting his rear-end and wishing to shake him off! Length = 6+ (dog rear to boy front). Width = 3 (left elbow to right hand).
