Old 1920s Set Of 8 German Bisque Minstrels Band Musicians Nodders

Approx 2 1/2 tall and well marked Germany. Each has strings that hold the heads on. They may be called'nodders', as it enables the heads to be turned.

The strings have stretched, and the heads hang unless you carefully pull the strings taunt. There may be some repaint on some of the figures: black around some collars, and 3 red suits are darker than the other two. Only a couple have a tiny chip around the base, but overall, no cracks or breaks. Some paint wear but understandable being from the 1920s.

A unique and hard to find group.
