HUSBAND & WIFE in BEAUTIFUL UNION CASE 1/4 PLATE AMBROTYPES

We are offering two 1/4 plate ambrotypes - one of a man and one of a woman - most likely husband and wife, as was normally the case when the photos were together. The ambrotypes are in a decorative Union case with a motif of vines and flowers in high relief on both sides of the case. CONDITION: Ambrotypes are in Excellent Condition. The case is also in Very Good Condition See Images, but there is a little movement in one of the hinges - the hinges are intact with no separation, but there's just a little movement in one of them.
