Black Panther Party Newspaper 2/17/69 Huey Newton Birthday

Possibly the only existing edition of the Black Panther Party Newspaper 2/17/69. This paper was distributed in the dorms at the University of Wisconsin for fundraising by the Panthers who came up to Madison from Chicago. I have had it stored for years. UW collects memorabilia from the 1960s. Underground newspapers as we called them are a significant part of their collections.
