Black Americana antique C. I. Figures or toys, Mother and daughter iron decor

Here are two antique cast iron figures. Mammie is about 3 1/4" tall, the young girl, maybe daughter or grand-daughter, is about 2" tall. Someone once said they were made by Hubley, possibly part of a bigger set, and likely made in the 20's or 30's? They are good old heavy ones, with no breaks or repairs.
