Antique WATERMELON SONG Lyrics RadiO-Mat Magic Lantern Slides Black Americana

Here we have a rare find. Yours to be had is the pictured Set of Two RadiO-Mat. Magic Lantern Slides containing the lyrics to the WATERMELON SONG.

I know nothing of the history of this set and cannot find a close match online. Came to me with a collection of Late 1800s-1910s slides that appear to have belonged to a church in or around Kirksville, MO. No date marking on either slide.

Please see pics for measurements & other details. Each is easily legible when held up to light (see photos). The outer matting is intact, but shows the pictured fading and discoloration. The material the lyrics are printed on is slightly rippled and is either held on or reinforced by the old clear tape you see in the last photo. You expect to receive items that are somehow "better" than the ones pictured and described here. YES, I will combine auctions.
