Featuring Black American Children and Alligator Figure. This antique figure features a biting Alligator or Crocodile. Young black African boys in trouble. One child has been caught in its jaws, held by his red and white striped pants he prays for release, while the other sits astride the animal trying to help his friend. Produced circa 1920, and showing some signs of use and age related wear etc, otherwise in lovely condition.
