Antique Civil War African American Primitive Black Folk Art Cloth Doll 1800's

Up for your consideration is this absolutely beautiful piece of Black Americana history. Civil War era, Circa mid to late 1800's. Primitive African American Folk Art doll. Doll is hand made, hand sewn. Cotton stuffing, hand sewn thread eyes and mouth, with protruding/sculpted nose. Cotton calico and silk embroidered clothing, both hand and machine sewn. All indicative to the time era. She measures 9 1/2 in height. This lovely doll is in excellent antique condition, with normal age wear (pictured).
