1900 CARVED BLACK FIGURE WITH SAW Balance Toy/ Americana/ Folk Art. Probably early 20th century, homemade carved figure with a long saw in hand. I was told this was some sort of balance toy (missing weight) that rocked on the edge of a table with a sawing motion.
