Antique BLACK AMERICANA Wood Painted SMOKING STAND Folk Art CIGAR Tobacco BUTLER. This is a Nice looking Mid 20thC Wood Painted Smoking Stand featuring a Black Gentleman in a Suit. Smoking stand measures approx: 36.25 High. Base measures approx: 12.5" x 9.5". Stand weighs approx: 5lbs 15oz. Smoking stand is all wood which has been painted. The base originally was a light blue but most of the paint has chipped away. On top of that base is a smaller black base which also has some paint loss mostly seen at the front.

The butler is holding a small white wooden tray which has 4 pegs sticking up. The tray has some edge wear along with marks and discoloration.

I "think" that this tray would have held an ashtray, but NO ashtray is included. The butler his self is in good shape for its age. His body has some marks and discoloration.

A brown spot on his left foot, left leg, and a couple on his right leg. A little discoloration to the top of his right head, and some minor wood chipping to his left nose area.

The paint is in decent shape but does show wear and paint loss mostly on the edges. THIS IS A VERY COOL VINTAGE SMOKING STAND!!!!! It has some flaws, but a Great Collectible!
