All original untouched as found, absolutely no in painting. The face of the sign has 2 original mounting holes used to mount sign on post. The sign has been in Northern R. Doctors home for the last sixty years and supposedly came from a Mass/R. Simple google search revealed many Hillhurst farms in existence. This farm may not still exist. The sign has an amazing presence when seen in person.

It is a very good piece of early american advertising. Some flaking, small splits everything you expect.
