8 Original Photos Texas 1913-15 MODEL 32 Touring Soft-Top HUPMOBILE Car Pictures

Photos were removed from a dilapidated photo album. 3 3/4" x 2 1/4". Hupmobile was an automobile built from 1909 through 1939 by the Hupp Motor Car Company of Detroit. The prototype was developed in 1908. Hupmobile's 1913 model year lineup included the Model 20-C, the Model 20-E, and the Model 32. Two wheelbase sizes were offered on the 1913 Model 32 including 106- and 126-inch sizes. The 32-horsepower four-cylinder engine was backed by a three-speed manual transmission with reverse. Stopping power was via an internal expanding transmission brake with rear-wheel external expanding brakes. The suspension used semi-elliptic leaf springs at the front and rear. The five-passenger tourer, two-passenger roadster, and the coupe used the smaller 106-inch wheelbase while the six-passenger tourer rested on the 126-inch platform.
