19thC Antique Black Americana Folk Art Shoe Shine Cast Iron Boot Scraper

The stiff brushes on either side of this 19th century Boot Scraper held in place with the large side screws will need replacement. This would allow you to brush off the mud and dust off the sides of your shoes while scraping the bottom. Measuring approx 10 ½ by 12 ¾ the scalloped edge pan has four small feet.

At the top of the holder is a small Black Figure polishing a shoe. The overall height is approx 13 and this American Boot Scrape retains its original iron surface. Please see photos, a wonderful collectable. Heavy item, approx 13 pounds.
