1940's Little Brown Koko CLOTH DOLL Black Americana vtg BOOK Blanche Seal Hunt

Wonderful vintage 1940's cloth doll of Little Brown Koko along with book by Blanche Seal Hunt and a vintage print of character. These were all found together. I don't know if this is a folk art homemade piece or something from a printed pattern or a manufactured doll. Right sleeve edge was been worn, otherwise excellent condition with wonderful colors and no smells or odors.

The book is in good condition, no dust jacket, all pages, no coloring inside.
