It is very rare, and would be a museum piece because of the initials, AH (probably the first owner), and the extensive decoration on the handle. It is probable that it was made for a bride for use in her beehive oven to bake bread in the 18th c. The length is 45 1/2. There is some light oxidation and light rust, both of which could easily be cleaned off. I have seen hundreds of iron peels over the years, but nothing like this.
