Two original 1860s CDV photos, men riding wooden boneshaker bikes. To me, the bearded man appears to be George Tufly, Nevada State Treasurer, President of Carson City bank, and owner of St.

Charles Hotel in Carson City. Very rare pair of Nevada images - these are the only two examples I have ever seen. Both CDVs have "Ludlow & Davidson, Pioneer Gallery, Carson City, Nev" studio imprints. Both are 4" x 2.5".
