Document One: Account of Sales of the Estate of Robert B. Oliver, deceased, made by James S. Linn the Administrator with Will annexed on the 5th day of April 1834. Lists the Estate and the Purchasers of everything from a Wagon, Table, ugs, Ox Cart, Spinning Wheel, 1 Yoke of Oxen, Heifer, 16 Head Cattle, Mule, Pony, 13 Goats, 29 Head Hogs and 43 1/2 Bushels Corn. Document Two: Inventory of the Estate of Robert B. Linn the Administrator, March 1834 Lists 17 Slaves inc. Peter a negro man aged about thirty Years, Jeff, Coco, Rob, Aaron, Joe, Sawn, William, Tom, Richard, Betsey, Judd, Nancy, Harriet, Mary, Lucy and Rachel a Girl aged about five years. Also Listed the other items in the Estate. Linn Administrator with the will annexed of R. 1834: Listing Articles, Purchasers, Price & Amount. With the Charges of R. 1835:Sales of the Lands, Rent of the Residency and Hires of some of the Slaves. Each Document measures aprox 8" X 12 1/2" and is in excellent condition. Any Documents from the Territory of Florida are Very Rare, Especially Estate Appraisals including Values and Sale of The Slaves.
