Black Sports magazine was a publication of Johnson Publishing. The magazine was only in production a few years. On the cover are 1968 Olympic Winners Tommie Smith and John Carlo who came in first and second place at the 1968 Mexico Olympics who during the black gave the black power salute which caused a lot of controversy at the time.

Their efforts created a backlash which ended their career and affected them financially unlike other American Olympic winners. This magazine is vintage and out of print.
