Vintage Antique N Hair Bigger Hair Tobacco Tin Super Clean L@@K

I was at my Uncle's house cleaning it out and found this on a shelf in the basement. I was shocked at this and it is so clean I wondered if this was real. There is a red stamp dated Oct 1941. There is a wax type paper lining the inside and bottom of can, and you can pull this back to see the inside metal of can. The can is so clean it is hard to believe it is 75+ years old. Again I have no idea about tins and if this is the original lid, but if fits right and tight. Bottom of can is shiny as well as inside.
