These were made not to survive but be stapled on exterior or interior. Little Joe Coal was mined in Cummings Creek KY and this was thier slogan for thier exceptional quality bituminous coal for home use or commercial. Frame needs repair on bottom right. Have about 20 scatter tags included.

Only one other of these has been offered in 2014. Rarity is subjective: not many have surfaced in the past years nor have we seen in private hands. However based on past historical availability our trying to find one to have as a twin for the last 10 years plus it is highly unlikely there are many out there.
