The Painting is Framed in it's Original Frame measuring 15 1/2" x 22 1/2" in Overall Size with the Painting mounted Under Glass, The Painting was done by the Noted African American Artist Joe Selby of Miami, Florida, it is Signed and Dated at the Lower Right and there is an Old Ink Inscription on the Back that is difficult to read but talks about the Painting being done by a "Colored Man in 1924" and the mention of Phila. There is some normal wear from over the years and the Frame is dirty.
