Blackamoor Black Americana Art TV Lamp MCM 1950 VTG Nubian Male King Statue Bust

For sale is a Mid-Century Modern Blackamoor/Black Americana Nubian King Bust TV Lamp in red and gold. Condition of this item is used, vintage, and has signs of age.

There is a crack that the previous owner meticulously pieced back together and glued around the outer edge of the lamps opening. The light/power cord most likely needs to be replaced, but it does come with its original cord if restoration is your objective. There are various light spots and markings/scuffs on the bust, for example some dust buildup under the chin and around the eyes/mouth. Please see photos as most of these flaws are barely visible. This comes from the 1950s and would be found on top of the TV set sitting on top of a scarf or doily, no doubt.

The sticker on the bottom I believe is from a local furniture shop that no longer exists that was located in Utica, NY. If you have any questions or would like to see more photos, please message me and I'll do my best to get back to you as soon as possible.
