Black Americana rare wooden oxcart toy with Celluloid figures 1920s

This is a very unique black Americana toy, the ox and cart are carved out of wood, the small wolven top portion of the cart is very similar to a basket weave, inside sits a Celluloid figure smoking a cigar, II figure leading the way is also celluloid, the clothes they are wearing show wear consistent with age but I still intact, as you push the cart the brass tacks in the wheels make a clicking noise as it rolls across the surface, I left it as I found it still a little Dusty, measures about 12 inches in length and 3.5 inches in height, the back to wooden dowels holding the gate have become unfastened at the bottom could be easily reglued but I'm going to leave as is, please use photos as part of the description.
