Antique Cloth Dolls Black Americana Sambo & Miranda Original McCall Pattern19

I have the pattern framed for display with the dolls. The pattern is in good condition.

It cost 35 cents, when new. The dolls, each measure approximately 19 long, and are in very good, clean condition. This old pair have been together for along time.

He was made with the receding hairline of an older gentleman. Miranda has thinning hair in the back.

Afterall, she is a lady of years. The clothing on each is original, and sewn on. She is wearing a dress, apron, petticoat and pantaloons. Sambo is dressed in a shirt and trousers. The eyes and mouth are appliqued cloth, with brown button eyes.

Eyebrows, nose and line on lips are emboidered. Soft sewn on yarn hair. Dolls are soft cotton stuffed.

Very rare to find them with the original McCall Pattern. They have given me much pleasure over the past 30 years. No holes, stains, oder or tears. You will love their sweet, charming faces.
