Antique Black Americana Whirligig BELLHOP EARLY! Wood Folk Art 23 Tall

This is a very old, antique Black Americana BELLHOP folk art Whirligig of handmade wood with most of the original hardware! Incredible art with the top hat with a metal brim and wooden top and tuxedo jacket with tails and metal buttons! Note >>> There is a matching whirligig found with this. One has a red jacket. They would be great in a set. 23" Tall X 12" Wide (across the arms/paddles).

The wood stand is obviously not original. One arm looks to have had repairs. In the main photo, it is standing freely, with the front-facing paddle forward a bit, so it appears larger than it is. The other paddle is sideways facing.
